Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item, return it within 7-days of receipt for a free replacement or return; simply contact us via phone, Whatsapp, or Email at the contact details given below. Please pack the shipments carefully, so that it doesn’t get damaged during the transit and follow the instructions communicated to you via our representative.

We adhere to the following policies

Returns/exchange request need to be within7-days of the delivery of the product
All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at contact@dripy.co.in.
If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Time Frame: Returns/exchange requests must be made within 7-days of delivery of the product. After we received the product it will take 5-7days to deliver you again
